Nyakasura School ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

- Contact and visit forms: your name, phone number and/or email, and the message or details you send.
- Online applications: the applicant's details and examination results, parent or guardian contacts and an optional copy of the results slip. Results slips are stored privately and only admissions staff can open them.
- Alumni registration: your name, years at the school, contact details and what you do now.
- Basic technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and the cookies described in our cookie policy.
Why we collect it
We use the information only to respond to your enquiry or arrange your visit. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Who can see it
Only authorised school staff can see information you submit.
Photos of students
Photos of students are published only for school purposes. If you would like a photo removed, contact us.
Your rights
Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections and ask for it to be deleted. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.
